SWALSS is pleased to announce we have put together a session for 'Talking Heads'. Times are tough for special school leaders right now and the headteacher's chair can sometimes feel like a lonely place to be. Who do you turn to when you need a bit of support or you want to run an idea or worry past a listening ear?

This Talking Heads programme may well be what you are looking for. Meeting every half term, this will be the perfect opportunity for SWALSS headteachers to come together and share concerns, ideas, insights and challenges. No specific agenda and the discussion will be prompted by yourselves.
